Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit (minus shipping fees).  We do not offer cash refunds at this time, but we are always happy to exchange for another item or issue you a gift card that never expires (and that can be used both in store and online).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, odour-free, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Items priced at 20% off and greater are final sale.  Bodysuits, underwear, and  swimwear are final sale.

To start a return, please contact us at with the name of the item you are returning and your order number.  Once your return request has been approved, please pack your item(s) up along with a piece of paper that states your name and order number.  Returns can be shipped to our store at:

Upon our receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) for eligibility (unworn or unused, odour-free, with tags, and in its original packaging), and issue you an electronic gift card in the amount of your original purchase (minus shipping fees).

The cost of return shipping is the buyer's expense, and must be sent by trackable/insured parcel shipping to guarantee receipt.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages/Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot be responsible for damage to the product after it has been washed/worn/tags removed or been out of the store for over 2 weeks.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), earrings, underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept exchanges/returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items discounted 20% or more or as part of an BOGO sale, are final sale.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item that you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
